and subsidiaries (collectively "TFIC"). By accessing and using any of the TFIC web sites
you represent that you are 16 years or older and understand that through such access and
usage you are legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
TFIC retains all proprietary rights to TFIC information. All unauthorized use of the information
(including e-mail addresses) contained on these sites is strictly prohibited without prior
written permission from TFIC.
TFIC does, however, authorize you to copy documents published on our sites for noncommercial,

Where can I find my policy number?
There are a few places you can find your policy number. For auto, look on your insurance card and enter
only the numbers listed beside AP. For both auto and home, look on your declaration page and
enter the numbers listed beside AP or HP. For life documents, enter the numbers that are listed
beside the letters, such as TR. Here’s some handy examples with the policy numbers
highlighted in yellow.
